Default Tail light bulb review Sylvania ZEVO (best yet 3157)

After being disappointed with Diode dynamics HP11 and HP48, I'm happy to say that I found a much better bulb SYLVANIA ZEVO 3157R.

I like that they project backwards into the reflective housing. I like how they're only $25.
Brightness levels are perfectly on point.

Parking light brightness- about on par with stock, but RED-er if that makes sense.

Brakes Brightness is WOW. Perfect. 320 lumen-ish. Great contrast when they blast off! It's as good as it gets without upgrading to OEM LEDs (which I still may do)

Glad you found something that works for you and saves you some $$. You should check out our new ClaraLux line. High quality LED's but a fraction of what "the other guys" charge. I know I still owe you a video, been busy. Hopefully this week I can get you one as I know you still want to see the differences/etc... at night.

I too use those in my 2008. I've had them over a year. They are perfect.

I have them in my tails also as recommended by 2008_XL . Picked them up on ebay for $13 shipped for the pair. Wish they made a switchback in that price range, but they never will.

I wish ford did a better job directing the light from the tag lights to the tag and not the tailgate on the 2015+ trucks.

I'm sure the lamps are much improved over the 1990whatever - 2014 though.

Probably not as improved, bigger housing width but the depth is smaller as you know, so that sucks
