I just threw a set of bi-xenon H4 bulbs in my motorcycle last night. $55 from amazon, included the relay harness. Innovited is the brand.

I did a HID conversion on my headlights and fog's both work well and they have a relay harness. Could be your problem. I'd call them again and get it worked out. These kits do work. What kit did you buy? Xenon depot has a few different ones.

I know they work. my buddy has the same pair. i got the bi xenon xtreme HID kit. It just doesnt make sense to me how my buddy has the same truck and they work but on mine they don't.. and after over a week of negotiation with them they finally agreed to let me return it so they can check it out and send it back.

Sorry to revive an old thread, but did you ever get resolution from XenonDepot on this? I'm finding that the customer service they provide is absolutely horrible. I ordered the 4300k Extreme HID kit from them as well for my 2012 F150 and I could not get things to work, including with the relay harnesses they sent, etc. There was not a polarity issue -- one side worked, the other didn't. After swapping things around, they figured I had a bad bulb, so they sent me a new one. Then I put everything back on the truck after waiting a couple of weeks to get the replacement and all of a sudden one of the relays isn't clicking when I turn on the headlights. They then send me a new 'diode' harness which can be connected straight to the factory headlight wiring and did NOT require me to go to the battery any more... Then the ballast on the other side was bad after waiting for the replacement harness. Then the OTHER relay harness went bad. Finally I told them to send me one entire kit for the whole vehicle and I'd piece it all together to get both sides working on the truck. I had working headlights for about 2 months and all of a sudden Saturday evening I get in the truck and one headlight fails to light off. I power cycled them a couple of times and it finally came back on. It's been intermittently not starting up several times now since Saturday and I just called them -- they think it's another bad bulb so they're going to send me one, but I've honestly just about had it with them. I'm tired of taking my truck apart to swap parts, plus the risk of a bulb going out and getting pulled over because of a bulb out (the police are really bored out where I live), etc.

Literally in the last 6 months since I purchased the kit, I've had a properly working "pair" of HID headlights on my truck for about 1-1.5 months, max. I actually had to threaten them by saying I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card at one point when they were saying they were going to charge me to send me another full kit (for one side) to get everything working on the truck.

Take it as a sign you shouldnt be putting HID's in a halogen designed headlight, unless youre doing a projector retrofit. Everyone else on the road will thank you.

The results were wonderful in my GX470 (project housing from the factory, not a halogen reflector housing), but they're less than stellar in the F150. I've given up, finally threw in the towel. I have a set of OEM Factory F150 HID housings w/adapter harness 'in the mail' at this point so I can do a proper conversion.

I absolutely need the light, as I live in a semi rural area with lots of wildlife and curvy/hilly roads. My GX can turn the roads into 'daylight' with its lighting (halogen high beams + low beam HIDs), but the F150 is severely lacking.
