What's the proper way/tools to you need to cutout holes for these and or weather proof the bumper for Rusting in the future?

A Dremel should do the trick. Most bumpers are chromed and wont rust, you could always spray it with some rust stopper though.

So then if I were going to just wire them into the 7- pin trailer harness, Id just tap the purple wire & ground correct?

for some reason the pics in the first and second post aren't showing up for me. what's the difference between the sr-m and sr-q lights? i'm looking at the flush mount ones. also would like to get the forums pricing for both of those.
