Looks like RSiWORKS is working on getting a set of LED tails out on the market. It doesn't look like anything available yet. Check their website too, only heads. I imagine the will be pricey.

Username MAH, had a set made...he put a couple of pictures in this thread:

I think he made a separate thread about them also; but I was having trouble finding it.

I just ordered the VLED platinum 21 SMDs. I wanted to go with the Tritons (which I have in the front turn signals), but the Tritons won't fit into the stock tail housing. Their platinums are supposedly pretty bright though. I'll take before & after pix (probably change one side, then take side-by-side w/brake on) and post when installed. Resistors are on back order so it might be another week or so....

Default Custom tails

I do have a pair of custom made led tails. They were expensive (about $500) but they are bright and work without fault. The only drawback is that I am using the original incandescent bulbs in them as well. I tried a set of Vleds, but they will not fit when placed in the housings and installed back I to the truck. The heat sinks are too large for the cutouts in the truck bed. I will repost some additional pics of these taillights.

As a side, I am looking to get Bil to match the led pattern from the taillights on my new headlights if that is possible.

Stick them in the oven. It's what you do when you retrofit headlights.

I believe he paid someone to retro the tail lights; but I imagine they used a similar baking process as they would've on headlights.

The tails definitely look slick, he had pics in a different thread.

From my understanding the 09+ tail lights are fused together, they are not like the previous generations where you could put them in the oven. Somebody please correct me if I am wrong but that's what I'm gathering from what I have read.
