Default Looking to hook up some LED's but...

I want to put some LED's between the grill and the bumper. There is a small maybe 20mm space. I want to hook them into the fog lights.
Does anybody know which wire is the hot wire, and which wire is the ground?

take the pigtail off of the bulb, turn light on, take voltmeter, test ends. Should read positive ~13.8VDC if you have it pos on pos, negative ~13.8VDC if you have it pos on neg.

And to be honest if your gonna use both wires from the fog light it doesn't matter which wire you hook up, as long as it makes a circuit your good.
