Led light bar switch

Hey guys
Recenty mounted a new light bar in my front bumper on the 18’. Curious as to see where everyone is mounting their switches on the dash. Right now mine came with the stick on switch.

No responses, or is this on another thread? I'm also looking to rid myself of the pop button LED switch.

Not sure on your version, but the 10-14’s this is a nice spot.

Do you have a source for those switches? I have a 2013 and am looking.

You can find switches on Amazon.

On some trucks, you can install an upfitter switch.

You can always just mount it on the dash. On the driver side, left side there's plenty of spots you can drill a hole in. MAKE SURE you check behind you. Not only do you want clearance on the plastic dash but make sure there's no metal bar behind where the hole will be. A lot of folks FORGET about that and drill their hole, install the switch and when you go to close up the dash, there's a metal support bar in the way (GUILTY OF THIS MYSELF!)

Another option is if you plan to add more accessories is a switch panel. We make a complete kit for the 2015+ trucks. It includes an 8 port switch panel, mounting system for under the engine bay (keeps it clean and tidy) and a replacement sunglass mount for the switch itself.

Anyone have this installed? Where does it go? Looking at the 4 switch bay, and looking at my dash, I can't figure out where that would go.

That's for a 2009-2014 Truck and it was specific to Raptors.

On a 2015+ you can actually buy a replacement sunglass assembly that has the upfitter switch. But you'd need to make your own wiring harness/relay system (i've done it in the past). It's not that easy and requires you to have a lot of wiring. To install the factory Relay system isn't really possible on a non-raptor/tremor truck. It's too costly and requires a LOT more then just a switch panel. You also need a specific harness and a relay panel from Ford.

If you want upfitters it's easiest to just do the auxbeam panel like I linked earlier OR buy the OEM upfitters and make your own wiring harness w/relays.
