Actually proper adjustment is from 25 feet and the beam should be 3 inches below the center point of the headlight. I do know how to properly adjust a headlight and know where to get the correct information. This is a NHTSA standard. Apology accepted.
p.s. The actual measurements from NHTSA state at least 2.5" on the left and 2.0" on the right so that the cutoff is at or below the centerline of the headlights. So I know mine are below this standard at 3".

I have used PIAA Gen 2 for years in a Honda Rigdeline and have had no issues. I had them in the fog & high beam housings and seemed good and the pattern seemed the same. I did comparisons of stock pattern VS LED pattern. LEDs work fine if you go with a good brand. The emitters are in the same spot as the halogen filament would be.
I just ordered the Gen 3 bulbs for my '18 F150. My only issue (hopefully) will be installing some after market DRLs since I will have to shut the feature off.
Below are my threads with pics in them of the beam patterns of stock VS LED. One side stock the other LED.

Thank you. Do you know if the fogs will operate at normal voltage if I do so? I guess I need to buy Forscan. I have not researched it yet.
I hate how everything resets itself after we turn off the truck. It would be nice to set your fogs on and they would just come on every time the head lights do.

Forscan is software that requires a bluetooth ODB scanner. There may be an option for the fogs always on with headlights there. There is a thread on Forscan here on the forum.

I am using led headlights in my 2015. I like them. it does light up a lot better than what I had before. I bought the lights that looks like a flat bar with 1 large led on the bottom and another on top for high beam. A friend who has led headlights that are round with a lot of little led's are not as bright as mine. I did have to adjust the factory housings a bit. I got them for the whiter color of the light so it would match my led bar and the fog lights which I had switched over to HID.

PIAA Gen 3 Low Beams & PIAA Gen 2 Fog Lights. Do not put HID in these housings. Especially the fog where there is no bulb cover. ISO settings set to 400 on camera.

I installed the DeAutoKey H7rc kit yesterday https://10carbest.com/led-headlights-bulbs The package was missing some instructions, but the customer service response to email requests for guidance was outstanding. It’s quite the PIA to install the driver side due to difficulty reaching into the housing, but if you understand how the bracket secures the bulb internally (Ie understand the orientation) you will figure it out. Otherwise pretty easy to install. I put my ballasts on the outside.
The light is much whiter than the original lights - I purchased the 5000k model. I’m not sure they are tons brighter, but the whiter tone definitely lights up the road better. Overall, a little expensive, but happy with the purchase and think it is worth the upgrade.
I like to watch cognitive videos and reviews on youtube, leave one of them here, hope for somebody it will be useful.

I installed these on my 2017 Ford F-150. They went in easy and look great, definatly bright! Rather than fight with the battery tray and air box removal I decided to do it by pulling the whole light assemblies out. It took me about an hour and 15 minutes to complete both lights. There's a Youtube vid on how to pull them, it's pretty simple. One thing, you won't be able to do is get the rubber boots on the back of the bulbs back on all the way so I used wire ties to secure them. There is no flicker but there is RF interference when playing regular radio and lights are on but no RF interference with Google Music or Pandora.
F2 Super Power Led Bulb | High Low Beam LED Headlight Kit
Hint for 2017 Ford F-150 users: Easier to install If you remove the light assembly rather than try to go in from behind.
Cons: OEM rubber boots on light assemblies need a very minor modification (see review), RF interference when playing regular radio.
