Thank you 4x4 truck. Here is what I got. I didn't install the high beam for my truck as I'm planing to use them on my wife's Accord DRL. They come with ballast. And so far I'm happy with how they look, As long as they last long. I don't wanna spent $100 for a pair of LED and another $15 for a pair of dust covers.

Ugh... sorry to say bud but you overpaid for some really garbage lights. Yeah... they'll appear as if they give off a good amount of light, compared to the old ones, but they are not that high quality at all. They'll get you buy of course but there are a lot better options out there (in your price range I'd even say the OPT7 or you could have looked for one of our sales, we have 20% off right now on our XHP lights).
I get money can be an object sometimes and you have to buy what you can afford at that time. But i always tell folks, you really get what you pay for. Overtime you'll see that. HOPEFULLY they last a while for ya.
I should start a program... what you guys think of this. Trade in your old LED light kit for a discount off a new set? Basically a way to get folks to upgrade to a quality light (which helps others, so you stop blinding other drivers). Trade in any working set for credit towards the purchase of a new XHP set? Or our new kit that's coming out (havn't thought of a name for them yet, but they'll be less lumen, however more flux and a better cut-off)
And Carbon... no i'd never use those or even attempt to bench test them. Those look like garbage lights to me. Those led's alone look like cheap chinese knockoffs... at least Shevys look like CREES (I can't tell for sure, as the photos not that great, but they SORT of look like CREEs in Shevys photo)

BTW I think I found those lights... you definitely overpaid for what they are... $50 lights, poor design.
Also I don't think they are genuine cree... those of us who use CREE Chips make it a point to advertise that, and we list details about which chipset (for us, our XHP Series use the XHP50 or XHP70 chip).
They just wrote "Cree" and that's it... it also does not appear to be a genuine cree from the photo (I could be wrong, it's a photo) but something does not quite match what our genuine cree LED's look like. There are chinese knockoffs that people call "CREE" but are not. A real CREE Product will have the CREE label on it (as our lights do) because again, you WANT to advertise the fact you use CREE chips, not HIDE the fact.
Hey live and learn right. Hopefully you get some use out of them (or maybe you can return them).

I picked up a set of OPT7 to compare them to the bulbs we sell (which we call the XHP50/XHP70). I found the LEDs produced less light and the quality of the light itself was sub-par. Not made using very high quality materials. The fact that they include a resistor is nice, but it's a cheap resistor that will probably do nothing (you need a real high quality resistor on vehicles like a Dodge/Jeep). Felt like plastic as well... here's an output shot we did. For $25 less though I guess it's not a bad bulb for a few bucks less... but most of their positive reviews are paid reviews or folks were given free product in exchange for reviews.
A few people here made comments about how when they tried to return the OPT7 they emailed them begging them not to and offered them discounts galore not to return them and/or leave negative feedback. It's a known problem on Amazon with these "amazon brands" (brands that only sell on amazon and have a HUGE marketing effort to get fake feedback/reviews).
It's not a TERRIBLE product but for what they charge... I feel the pricing is way too high. I'd expect to see them around $50 or so based on the bulb quality itself and light output.
