LED bed lighting install w/ ARE Z Series cap/topper (PICS)

The metal clips have holes predrilled in them. The window frames have a bunch of small self tapping screws to attach the frames to the cap. I just removed screws and put them back with the stainless clips through the screw head. These light bars are extremely light, using these screws is plenty strong enough to support them.

Well I followed the steps in here.
I bought two lights from superbrightleds. One mounted inside behind the break light and the other I JB welded to the center inside of the cap. So far it has held up since the beginning of August. I will post pics when I have the time.
Hope the JB weld lasts through winter.
I used my cargo bar to hold the light in place for 4 hours.

Thank you very much for all of your helpful information. Everything is working. nI used JB weld to hold the center light up. I used a bed secure extender to "clamp" the light to the shell for about 4 hours until the JB weld cured. So far it holds the center light. The rear light I mounted right to the hinge.
Next up is the finish the bed box with deck paint and some nice hardware. Then to see about maybe a solar panel and second battery in the back so I can run fans to cool the dog down, charge things, etc.. and add a water tube for my boy.
