Default Install LED Lights Front Bumper 18 F150 Question

Hello all. First time post from a new guy. I'm installing a set of front bumper mounted ZROADZ 3" LEDs on my '18 F150 King Ranch. I want to tie into the headlights wiring to use high beams as the on/off switch for the new lights. Any thoughts or suggestions on anything I should be concerned with using this plan or should it be a pretty straightforward tie in with no OEM electrical concerns? Thanks for any feedback.

The answer is, no it's not a good plan to tie into '18 F150 headlight wiring to use high beams for accessory lights on/off switch. System will not be happy. I confirmed before attempting and went with typical wired in cab switch.

You will be fine as long as you're using a relay. You're only using the hi-beam's to signal the relay and not to power the accessories.
I've had my light bar's tied in like this for years with no issues.

Yep, tie into the wiring to switch a relay. No problem. Don't just tie into the wiring without the relay though. That could create problems.
