I haven't had any problems with static. I have a FM transmitter for my Ipod and it still comes in clear like always with the lights on.

They're still good. I haven't had any problems with static and I've got them adjusted so the light looks better than what the pictures in the original post. I guess my next purchase needs to be a better camera

I bought this kit from this guy on Ebay. He was VERY helpful and very professional. Kit is worth it. I installed it with no problems. The one good thing about it is that it connects to the battery directly for softer starts. Meaning, if you start your truck then the hids don't flicker. I press my remote start and the headlights come on and don't flicker when the truck is starting. They are stable. Meaning that you will have less failures in the bulbs and ballasts. I got 4300k..it has the most light output and is the whitest. Don't get blue or purple crap bulbs for your headlights..you won't be able to see crap. Save them for fog lights. BTW these are the newer SLIM ballasts. They are half the size of the normal ones. Pilot has always been the most reliable for me. I had them on my Navigator and Nissan. Headlights and fog lights.
