Default HID Hi - Low and Fog???

Ok, so i know this has been asked before, but it always get garbbled up because usually the main post is only dealing with one of the issues...

Anyway, I want to put HID's in my truck...

1) I want the headlights to be HID for both the Hi, and the Lows... I dont want that halogen to kick in when i put the high beams on)
2) I want HID fog lights as well...

So, am I correct to assume that i Need a Bi-Xenon hi/lo H13? or is that not the right thing for wanting both HID highs, and HID Lows?
I have no clue on where to begin for the fog lights. Will the fog lights be plug and play like the headlights?

Anyone out there sell a complete kit? I would obviously like to stay cheap, but im not afraid to spend a little extra money in order to get a better product.

Ok, so, right now im looking at a Bi-Xenon HID h13...I read that a Hi/lo xenon does not give you hi and low beams...but a Bi-Xenon does? Correct?
Also, Im looking at a h10 xenon for the fog lights? Correct?
I will be doing the bambi mod as well.

Will i still pass inspections and all that. And i know i need to make sure it has a relay and digital ballasts right?

Bi-Xenon, not Hi/Lo....Bi-Xenon have an actuator that moves how the bulb hits the reflectors with it all being true HID.

Bi_xenon should have the relay with it..inquire before purchase and yes to digital ballasts.

H13 for the Bi-Xenon and the 9140/9145 for the fogs.

Each kits comes with 2 HID bulb, 2 wire harness, 2 digital ballast with built in igniter, mounting accessories.
I can knock off $5 per kit, shipping is included.
Here's what it'll cost you:
H13 Bi-Xenon 6K - $135
H10 6K - $100
Discount - $10
Total: $225

Now, should i go with 6k or 8k lol..I plan on adding off road lights down the road with HID's in them as well, i really want to stay away from that blue, but that 6k looked pretty white in some pics...Ideas?

as for 8k or 6k it depends on the color your wanting, the 8k has a blue sheen to it, while the 6k is very white, for visibility i would go with the 6k

Sounds good. Thanks. Is that $225 a pretty good deal for both sets?

ddm tuning has a lifetime warranty on their kits. couple friends ordered 2 kits for their cars at the same time (basically the same as your order = 2 HID kits). one guy has a H3 hi/low kit & the other guy ordered the H7. they bought them at the same time to save on shipping. total order came to $187 shipped....and that's with a lifetime warranty.
