Help on what harness to buy

Just curious but what were your symptoms and when did they start? Mine come on and off just fine and have for a few months now. I use them daily. Now, other than the harness, everything else is OEM. Well, I have TRS bulbs too but I like them a lot. They match my XB LED Fogs.

The second harness, seemed like the wiring plug into the relay box was loose. One night the headlights started turning on and off. Pulled into a walmart, popped open the hood, and jiggled the connector. They turned back on. Shut the hood, they went off, opened the hood, jiggled the connector, they came back on. Very carefully closed the hood, and got home.
The third harness, we went to leave Olive Garden (fortunately it wasnt dark dark out yet) and I had no lights. Went home and the next morning got up and put my halogens back in. Havent had an issue since.

The first harness, the low beams would take a couple minutes to turn on, unless I clicked the high beams first. If I clicked the highs on and off, the low beam would stay on.

Well, I finally got the time this weekend to open up and install the headlights and harness. To my surprise, the headlights I bought off eBay were customized! I paid about $
300 for these stock headlights. Awesome deal but I did have to wet sand them with 1000 then 2000 grit, followed up with 3 coats of clear coat.

I woke up this morning and tested them while I worked on my daughters car. No lights, at all. Thankfully I had my 2nd new harness I had bought and kept just in case. I swapped the control relay and they work now. This shakes my confidence in the TRS harness considerably. I don't know if I want to try and return it for a new one or tear into it and build a better mousetrap.

Well, I seem to be in the same boat as you. Friday morning, very early, I was in Whataburger's drive through with a car in front of me so I killed my headlights as is my custom so as not to blind the person in front. Upon leaving the line and heading on to work which was thankfully less than a mile away at this point, my headlights would not come back on. I could hear the solenoid when I hit the high beams but no lights. Thankfully I still had my fogs and light bar (although very bright) to light my way to work.

What I would do... call or email them, tell it died. They wont want it back, just a pic of it with the harness cut right before the relay box, and then theyll send you a new one. Id definitely do that, and keep the spare with you. If you decide to try to build your own, at least you a spare harness should any problems arise.
