Those are T10 ends (194, 921, etc...) They plug into the existing bulb sockets...
Looks like this is a replacement for your 3rd brake light correct? You'll probably need to remove the old housing and pull BACK the existing wire connectors OR just cut the ends off those and tap them into the existing wires.
That's not a Ford product I'm assuming...
