Help Identifying this light bar

Anyone know what light bar this is?

The mount, not the LED.

It looks like a KC HiLites bar w/ a custom top bracket over the Rigid LED.

I know a guy with an abrasive water jet machine that could build you the exact same one if no one answers what it is.
