When painting the buckets( I think that's what there called) do you loose any light output? Mine are chrome.
not with HID projectors. the light is thrown directly from the projetor out through the glass.

the reflector buckets are used in old skool lights as they are used to amplify and spread the light source.

so, with a hid projector you can do anything you like with the bucket becuase it's there purely for cosmetic purposes.

It's been a few weeks, no update on his retro que, and response to these posts. I'm beginning to realize this is more of a second option for him as apose to Bil who retired from his original job to make this as his primary source of income, thus the reason why he is pushing out retros pretty much every other week. Most importantly, keeping updated with his customers pretty consistently. We have to accept this y'all as its been a pattern. To be patience at this point is an understatement.

tux, throw us a bone man.
