Default Halo Projector Headlights Troubleshooting??

Today I received a new pair of Halo Projector headlights that I purchased through EBay. Installation was not too hard, mostly plug and play. But I ran into some trouble, I installed the driver side first, both low and high beams worked properly as well as LED lighting. Now when I installed the passenger side, I did not have the same luck. The LED lighting came on no problem, but when turning on the low beams; each fixture had a bulb light but they were opposite, the driver side light the correct low beam placing, but the passenger side light in place of the high beam housing. And when trying to turn on the high beams (both sides) headlights went off. I also notice I do not have the blue high beam icon on in the dash when it is engaged.

My first thought is possibly a fuse but was wondering what you guys might suggest.

(The photos included are stock photos of the lights I purchased, I will add photos of the lighting as is later on today if that helps)

I can't be of any assistance here but I like the lights. What is the brand name and model? Also, did you get the issue resolved? If so, how do they perform brightness wise? Do you have the link you bought them from?

I have not been able to fix the problem, I tested the fuses and the high beam fuse keeps blowing. So it appears it could de te relay that isn't converting the power and blowing the 20amp fuse. Either or the company is going to send me another passenger headlamp.

As of right now, the LED's are quite bright and clearly visible even when lights are on. As of the actual headlights I might not be te beat judge of character since that function is not working as it should. Now you can always upgrade the H3 or H1 bulbs to a brighter model.
I purchased the set through EBay I will add the URL to there store shorty

Have you tried switching the bulbs around?

Belchfire8 - this is the URL http://myworld.ebay.com/cosmodynamic...84.m1439.l2754

At this point I haven't pulled the bulbs yet, now I did check the fuses, and #40 the 20 amp and it was blown, replaced it and tried the highs, and it blew again. Based on what I can tell there is some issue with the headlight harness in the new passenger headlamp. The vendor is going to send me another one, I am planning on trying the stock lamp back in the passenger side tomorrow, test the high beams with a new fuse and make sure that its not the relay.

I would test the harness. Check from the plug to headlight connection(on the new headlights) and make sure both sides are wired correctly inside the plug(white plug at the bottom of the picture).
