Well, you can see in my avater there is a slight difference between the fogs, offroad lights, and headlights. The fog and off road lights match, but the headlight seem slightly whiter. From what I can tell, thats only from pics though, when I look at it with the naked eye, there is really not much difference, atleast not that I have noticed nor has anyone has pointed out except for pics. All mine are 6000k.

Just a follow up guys...I finally had a light "go out" on me. I could see there was water in the fog light housing. So I got in the to tear it out. Upon inspection, one of the wires leading to HID bulb was yanked out, (probably from off roading)

I also discovered there was water in the ballast wiring (insert stupid mistake here...see below)

So i decided to just take the ballast out and replace it as well. I fugured it would be a few days so I taped off the new fog light housing (30 bucks for a pair via ebay) so that it doesnt get anything in it and decided to tear apart the ballast. I bought my kits from www.xenonlink.com Needless to say, I am buying my replacement HID and replacement ballast from them as well! This thing is heat shrink wrapped in its entirety. It almost looks like it would take an act of nature to break these things...

Inserting that stupid mistake part for those still reading...It hit me then, perhaps the ballast wasnt bad! I plugged it back in and sure enough, it still worked. However, since I had opened the ballast, and scraped a good amount of the heat shrink wrap away, I decided to go ahead and replace it...40 bucks for a ballast, not to bad IMO. You get what you pay for, clearly. I dont remember how much the replacement bulbs were as I bought them a while back when I first noticed the "out" bulb.

Default HID

Hey I purchased a raptor HID kit 35w HI and LO beam from DDM tuning.. And i purchased the HID 35w fog light kit from DDM tuning. As soon as i installed them my hi/lo beams work great as long as my fog lights are not on. But as soon as I turn my fog lights on with my headlights my headlights start to act crazy. For example when my fog light switch is on inside the truck and i switch my lights to high beam the passenger headlight stays on hi beam and the driver side will switch back and forth from lo to hi when i hit the switch. And sometimes both of my headlights will stay on hi beam when the switch is on low beam. As soon as i turn my fog light switch off inside the truck my headlights work fine on lo and hi beam. There is only one relay and fuse for the headlights and fog lights. Do i need to have a second relay for just my fog lights? Or do i have a short somewhere? Or could i not have a good ground connection? If anyone has any suggestions let me know please

Check your grounds while you are at it just incase. 90% of the crap that goes on with these tend to be grounds for some reason. I only have one relay (for the headlights since they are dual) It sound like a crossed wire somewhere. Did your set have little "jumper" wires on the headlights? I had to play with those to get mine to work properly. Its a small red and black jump, between the wire harness. I dont have my truck on me now, but I can upload a picture this weekend. Your problem may lie there as well. I personally have never heard of that particular problem...So im just shooting in the wind here.
