Fuse holder question

I have never used these add a circuit holders before. Are the fuses supposed to go in all the way in the slots for the devices to work? That's as far in as they will go and I'm done muscling it. This is the 1st time I've encountered something like this. I can't get them out now either..

Well it doesnt even matter now, as I just realized that the smart junction box fuses in my '13 are the "low profile mini fuses" which I didn't know existed until just now, so this isn't going to work. Thanks Ford for wasting my time.
Has anyone ever stuck a mini fuse into the slot for a low profile mini fuse and had it work? |

Yeah I just found out. A low-pro mini holder won't fit because the bezel gets in the way but a regular mini holder will because the prongs can reach. Go figure

Yup just Used 2 mini Fuse Taps for my Heated Seat Inserts! Couldn't find the Low Profile version at any Car Parts Store! So I bought two Minis and they Fit Like a Glove!
