I will be here until the lights delivered.
I got a PM from him today. He said:
"Not yet. Because the new LED lights development got delay. Sorry about that.
I will update my post about the new information.
Maybe need one or two months.
If you need the lights earlier, I can ship our old H13 bulbs to you, it's 40 watts, super bright, but the light beam should be scattered. let me know your idea. Thanks.

I know the lights were delay, I'm putting my eyes on the new lights development as I know you wish to try it ASAP. Acutally, me too.
However, there are much more tasks than I expected need to fix, so please give more patient and time to me and my team.
