475USD is like 595CAD, plus taxes of 13% HST....and then duty at the border is hit or miss. If I order 10 times from the US to Canada 7 times get no charges but 3 will. . Also depending on how you ship your products Fedex and UPS charge a fee as well on top of duty and taxes. if I do the math on your cost versus what I paid from you the difference is about 106 bucks which could have been border fees or charges from the shipping company.

I understand you want to make a sale or point out that I was ripped off, not sure which one I don't see any reason to make this about price but I might be reading your comments wrong or taking offence that I shouldn't be. I also try and support local suppliers in Canada and always buy local when I can. dealing with the border at times is brutal when it comes to items. Like I said, sometimes you get duty charges other times you do not. I appreciate the assistance in getting me contact details for morimoto but when it comes to pricing I'll try local and only go outside if the cost is extremely not fair.

Example is I needed new chemicals for my pool kit. To buy local is 275 bucks but I can order from a website in the states for 50 bucks. buying local was not an option.
