Default The blue cut off line??

OK guys,,fill me in on what makes the blue cutoff line?
And is there a way to get rid of it?
This is what I have ,,,,,
FXR-3 ,MM55 ballast , Apollo shroud , Osram SVS4300 bulbs

The problem is people say when their in front of me the bulb bounces and they see the blue light flashing.
I know its just the bounce of the truck and I thought about just adding a little stiffer suspension but I really love the Cadillac ride I have

I think it has to do with the light 'bending' after the low beam cutoff shield and refracting in the lens.

I don't think a stiffer suspension will help much with the cut off line bouncing.

I have the same projectors, bulbs and concern. I never got brighted by oncoming traffic but cars in front of me got a disco show from the cutoff bouncing in their mirrors. My wife said my new lights were "funkadelic". Lol. They were aimed properly based on what I've read. I just ended up aiming them even lower.

You can open the headlights and alter the spacing between the bulb and the lens to adjust the exotic color band.

TRS has a lens spacer kit, which might be useful if you do open up. I thought i saw some where about a bulb spacer, i cant remember where i saw it, if i did? have you tried posting on the HID planet there's a bunch of lighting gurus there that can prob help you better.

Thanks, haha, it deff would I found the image floating on the web some where a long time ago, and just recently found it on my pc thought it would make the perfect avatar haha. I mostly fish in the NE, (NY/NJ). 'yellowfin' (my fav fishing excluding shark'in) was taken back in the old days of AIM, so I used a nautical "ii", as in "i, i capt", as my next choice, and stuck with the same.
