I bought a set of D2's from Autoplicity(also a vendor on here) for around $270 for the pair.
FWIW I got the 'Driving' version(s) because I like its beam pattern the best. You can check them all out on Rigid's site.

The driving beam is the best of both worlds spot and flood! Where did you mount yours? Like the OP, I have been throwing around those and the 20" rigid SR hybrid looking for the best price.

I got my from Keith @ Autoplicity. He has by far the best prices shipped to your door. I shopped around a lot before making my purchase. I have the D2 in driving pattern and am please with them. I have them mounted on the from of my FabFours bumper. Despite their name, their beam pattern is not suitable for driving, due to the fact that it shines high up in the air. Eg. driving under an overpass easily lights up the entire area. Good luck

Just and fyi....I received some interesting feedback that the autoplicity.com company is blacklisted from selling Rigid. And they are "Basically they're buyin from a second party and reselling. If you ever had problems with your lights, rigid wouldn't honor their lifetime warranty". Food for thought.
