Does that clear lens come apart from the reflector? I could see myself painting it white and adding this if so.

Yes, there's two screws holding the leds in to the housing! Remove the two screws, and they come completely apart!

Remove those two scews on the back & whola...

Just be sure to open them up and silcone the front clear lens. Screw back together and silicone the back up... Other wise water could be a issue. Also the SOB' are very bright... 1st pic was with my flash on... These kill the reflector led mod...

Lol I have been working in these since the 2013's came out and sacrificing little to no time for them as all you paying customers come first

Hi guys, i don't know if you already knew about them or not but i was looking at this thread and came across some of these lights with the lens already smoked out. They appear to be part number 86114. I am thinking about getting some of these, do you think the clear or smoked would look better? They will be going on a 13 white fx4 with factory hid's. Any opinions/advice is much appreciated.

Yeah I knew about them, just hate the fact that they smoked the lens so the light output is nil at best. Kinda defeats the purpose of adding lights if the lens is smoked, just makes no sense whatsoever to me. I like lights bright and noticeable yet subtlety dark like the ones I just did.

Ok cool, thanks for the advice. I think i will just buy the same ones you did and do the black tape trick as well.
