Question Anyone tried these LED brake bulbs?

http://www.superbrightleds.com/morei...sher/924/2275/

Do they work in 2011 without resistors ? I have this bulb in my motorcycle and I feel it helps, just wonder how 2 will work on my truck

It would work, but you would have giant hotspots on the lenses, no light distribution at all. I would look for a radial firing 360 degree bulb like this one I have in my truck:

and yes you will need load resistors, order 4 of the 6 ohm resistors from superbright and parallel 2 of them to get 3 ohms of load on each tail light.

So this 360 light is a direct plugin minus the resistor work

You are correct, and if it doesn't light one way just switch it around.

I was understanding that newer Fords did NOT need resistors? I have V-leds switch backs for signal lights and they were plug and play, proper blink speed no bulb warning on the dash.........

Your truck might be like platinum Sean's, he didn't need load resistors in his front turn's either. What year is your truck?

Forgot to mention and this might be the reason why they work is I have the trailer towing package with OEM 4 and 7 pin plugins so considering that most trailers are now LED lite maybe the flasher is configured for low load lights?????

Do I need two or four? To me it looks like both bulbs in each lens act as brake, signal and tail as required, is this correct?
So as an example if I put one of these bulbs in a lense when the brakes are applied one bulb will go bright while the other one would flash in that lens?
What about as turn signals?
