I have a question about my kit . On the box it says it operates under high and low beam . But mine Is only operating on low beam . Y?

Secondly. Can you remove the bulb from the housing and get us a pic of the bulb itself? By looking at the ballast, I can't tell much.

Ok... So, if you have your headlights on do the low beams function normally? It appears to me that the bulbs you have might be bi-xenon since it looks like at the base of the bulb, there's a slide track. That's how the aftermarket companies make the high beams. They change the position of the bulb inside the reflector.

Does your indicator come on showing that you have turned on the high beams?
