The split style you are talking about are Spec-D's LED tail lights. That's what I have on mine (black background, smoke lens) and looks perfect on my Magnetic Metallic color.

Thats the same color as my truck and looking to get Anzo switch backs and either Anzo tails or the Spec Ds. I have heard that the reverse on the SpecD are not that bright but how do you like them??
Did you change your headlights?

The reverse on either the Anzo or Spec-D is not as bright as stock as far as what it projects on the ground behind you in my opinion. Plenty bright for people to see you are in reverse though. I love the Spec-D's in the color/style I got for my truck. Spec-D has quite a few options for colors, Anzo does not have as many. I'm guessing you will find the Spec-D's at a better price point too.

Oh, on the headlight front mine are currently stock. But I have new aftermarket ones to install here shortly as well as upgrading the low beams to HID and the high beams to LED on the aftermarket units. Just gotta find time to do it. The aftermarket set I got are made by Winjet. They have a black housing with a low beam projector lens, and a high beam reflector lens with a white LED DRL and LED turn signals. The Anzo's don't have LED in the turn signals.

I do like the Spec Ds and it clarifies a few things for me with your pics and info. I heard that the Specs did not provide that much reverse light and was starting to lean towards Anzos until you said they are about the same in reverse.
So thanks for all this.
going to go Anzo for heads and LEDs up and down after I finish my stereo but hopefully in about a month.
If you get you head lights in feel free to update with some pics.
FYI I did remove the Fx4 sticker IMO it cleans up the sides....

How are you doing with the fronts? I have Anzos on order now trying to figure out what bulbs to go with, so just checking on how you were making out.

Got my spec d's in and their third brake light.
