That's to be expected with any mount,.. So I've gotten pretty far on my own. Mocked them up on a buddies truck with some aluminum sheets and cardboard. Very rough, just dimensioned them so I can build them in SolidWorks (3d design program). But so far I'm happy!

Here is my 50inch radius with these mounts. I will be honestly, i love how it looks and performs as far as brightness. but the mounts see, flimsy and move allot when driving, and the wind noise ans vibration is pretty bad. not all of this is the fault of the mounts. they do need some more reinforcement IMO.

Are they the same mounts I have pictured earlier? Look like it, and I don't like the sound of flimsy mounts.. holding a set of GM ones in my hand (my buddies arrived first) they sure dont seem like they would be flimsy.. what could be done to improve it I wonder?
When you mounted it did you need to use spacers or anything? What did you do with your power wire?
Perhaps getting a piece of aluminum welded from the corner to the tip where the bar mounts to create a triangle would do the trick for movement. Wind noise the guy told me is minimal compared to N-fab mounts, and if you tilt the bar down a bit it's even less.

Has anyone had trouble with wind noise? What have you done to solve it? Been browsing around online and thought of a few possible solutions but wondering what anyone has done and if It has worked.
