I suppose I could Forscan it away but I'm disappointed with a $1500 headlight that wasn't supposed to do that.
ugh that sucks. if that works please report back. i'm thinking of maybe going the cheap route and doing the diode dynamics and cancelling my order. a lot of issues and i'm not a gear head looking to take my truck a part on the weekends.

Palecat what did you do with/for the fuse tap cable that comes out of the fuse box? Did you cut/drill a hole into the fuse box lid for the fuse tap wire?

The headlights look great. I can't wait to try them at night. I have 2 small issues with them. The wires are a bit messy. They could have done better. The other issue is how low they were aimed out of the box. WAY LOW. I maxed out the passenger light to get it near wear my OEM lights were aimed.

I used the wiretap for the DRL. They are bright and then dim when the lights are turned on. It is not instant and happens within a few seconds.

I also installed the Morimoto XB fog lights. Pain in butt. Save yourself some trouble and pop the old ones out from the front. Be careful to not to rough up the trim. There is a Youtube video of it.
Fidel, how did you handled the fuse tap wire coming out of the fuse box? Did you cut a notch in the lid?

I ran the wire through an opening that is already in the box. You will see other wiring coming in near the engine.

Put mine on my 2017 F150! No issues, dealer installed as it was too cold for me to do it with no heated garage!

I am having the same issues with the passenger side turn signal. Did the bypass correct this? Are there specific instructions to do this? Thanks

I haven't had time to look at it. I have noticed that mine will hyper flash when I first use that signal but will stop after a short time and not do it again until the truck has been off overnight. Someone suggested in the 2015-2017 thread that this may also be that the wires are incorrect on the headlights and need to be corrected.

On a side note, I wrote a review on TRS that was 3 stars (my opinion of the lights) and they changed it to 5 stars when they published it. That's a shady business practice and I have asked that it be corrected or removed.

I noticed if I hit the hazards that seemed to "correct" the issue until it sits again. I just installed them today and have an email in to TRS. I'll update if I get anywhere with it. That's pretty crappy how they would manipulate the review though.
