Yes. Use a combination wrench to adjust them using the "ring" side of the wrench. You'll notice at the top of the headlight, when looking down on it from above after opening the hood, there's a screw there that can only be adjusted, post-installation, with a wrench.

Turn the screw clockwise until your headlights are at the proper height. This will probably take about 20-30 turns depending on how good of a rotation you get on the wrench each time.
