2018 F150 ANZO Switchbacks

Same issue
I did the same thing. Lights only come on when the truck is off and manually set marker lights and when I open the doors or lock it.. if I would have known this I would not have gotten them. Did you find any answers?

It has to be an issue. There's no way they're designed like this. I had the Anzos on my 17 F150 with no issues for two years. My engine blew and Ford bought back my truck. I noticed that these are plug and play and the 17s, you had to splice in. So maybe it's something to do with that, but I'm going to try and call them.

yea man please keep me updated on what they say. I’ve triple checked all my wiring and I don’t know what else it can be.

So I just talked to Anzos customer service. He stated that it is a known issue with the 18-19 and they're working on a fix. He said it will either be new lights or a software update. He said the have a few trucks in right now and the engineers are working on it as we speak. I'm going to try to change the BCM through forscan and I'll let you know how it works out.

I called the vendor I bought from and they said I prob connected it wrong. This does not make any sense to me as everything works correctly when the truck is off and manually set to marker light. I really don’t want to take all that crap out agin to get to the connectors? Thoughts?

He said everyone that is having the issue is stating the same thing. It works perfectly when the trucks off and stops when you run the engine. That is exactly what mine is doing. So we shall see. I'm going to give it time and see what happens

I called and got the same info as well. You would think their quality assurance would have fought this a lot earlier. Who would knowing buy headlights that don’t work correctly. Let me know how the ford can works. I don’t have that or know anybody that does so if you find that works I will beg for someone near me to help set me straight lol
