I made a bracket and used a bolt. The bolt is throught the round hole and used rubber washers to seal the hole along with a metal washer. Also I had to cut the outer shroud on the under side of the light, once I slid everything back together it barely closed back together.

Here is the set up, the blue tape was my cut line all the chrome section under the tape was cut off.
