I feel like people should read this thread before getting to excited about retros from Tux. Poor communication and slow builds seems to be a common theme. Last 5 pages or so should be sufficient to get a good idea of what you're getting into. Good luck!

yes I understand my slowness but maybe you don't know is my family and job are big time consumers, hence why I quit retrofitting and only focus in wiring. I only do a few retros here and there if someone really wants me to. I also fully refunded spad13 and zero for their heads in the thread you mentioned.

Glad to see Tux fully refunded a couple of individuals, wish I could say the same.

Yea but you shouldn't be offering stuff if you don't plan on following through. One day you're all into retros and another (like today) your family and primary job are more important to you. Don't take people's money and expect them to not want something in return...fairly quickly I might add. My .02 on the issue from a neutral standpoint.

Umm not really, go look at all the REPUTABLE retro guys out there and the prices are in line.

Yes you can do it yourself and save money but I do t have the talent or the time so I went with someone who does.

He uses all brand new parts including headlights so tell me why you think he's over priced compared to the rest?

Lol. Go look at the most recent build. He would charge someone $2700 for bolting in a new projector and sticking on some LEDs. That's $1000 in labor to do that. Not ridiculous? Ha. Alright then.

I think you're just trying to justify your huge spendings. Anyways, enjoy.

No bill is very good on pricing compared to others and is good at what he does. The only other guy that is cheaper would be the lighting firm, which he has access to any headlight on this planet to keep his prices low.
