I did not need to adjust the LED's themselves but I did aim the headlights down just a bit. Only because they were so much brighter and all the negative comments about similar lights blinding people. They probably would have been fine as is. The cut off line between stock and these were within inches right after install. Very happy with the lights, this is the nicest vehicle I've owned and the stock headlights were the worst I can remember out of any vehicle and have owned my share of beaters.

So many people like to get on their high horse about putting LEDs in stock halogen housings, but this picture shows that simply isn’t a concern if you get the right bulbs. I don’t see any scatter. I see a clear cutoff that matches the stock. Everything looks the same except it’s brighter and whiter.

So is this as simple as replacing bulbs? Or is there a bunch of other stuff you have to swap because of the lower current draw?

Yes, the kit comes with 2 bulbs and 2 ballasts. Plug the ballast into the bulb then plug the other end of the ballast into your factory headlight connector and install the bulb like normal. I used double sided tape to hold the ballast to the headlight housing.

I highly suggest 4x4truckleds.com as well as they have a 2 year warranty and EXCELLENT customer service.

Guys I can vouch for these. I've had my matched set (i.e. with Fogs) for about 8 months now. They are easy as pie to install...plug and play. All I did extra was zip tie the ballasts in a bit better. It's not brain surgery at all.

Love the output, but I do have stretches of other drivers flashing me on a 2 lane road, which I account for not adjusting mine down a bit as I have a 3 inch lift.

From a drivers standpoint though, these are stunning.
