2004 XLT LED lights causing backup camera interference

Installed LED lights in my map, dome and license plate lights the other night. The following morning my aftermarket backup camera would not work. Later that day it finally came back on, but was a pretty bad image. I pulled out all the LEDs and reinstalled the stock bulbs. All went back to normal. Obviously the LEDs were causing interference with my backup camera. They were the cheapie 194's from Amazon that I had left over from using on my '07 F150. I remember them causing some sort of weird thing with my '07, but I can't remember what it was and I left them in so it couldn't have been anything major. My question is will high quality LED's cause the same issues with interference that I experienced with these? I have no idea if it was a CAN Bus issue or not. I'm not even sure if my '04 has a CAN system? The bulbs I was using were not CAN Bus, FWIW. I'm looking at lights from Superbrightleds.com, but don't want to order a bunch if I'm going to run into the same issue. But man it would be nice to replace the dull and tired looking stock bulbs with some nice bright LED's. Below are the bulbs that caused the issues.

Any insight or suggestions on this? SuperBrightLEDs thinks the low power draw from the LEDs was causing feedback. They recommended I add a load resistor to fix that issue. I would need one each light, correct? If so, it's not worth the hassle and cost. Below is what they are recommending I install.
