I believe it's a bit more than 20...

1464 2010 4x4 SuperCab145"WB
FYI: the 2015 Ford RV and Towing guide states that a 150# passenger at each available seating position is included. This is for the HD payload package not sure about the rest of the configurations.
http://www.fleet.ford.com/resources/...Tgde_May19.pdf
Page 10
The max payload for a 4x4 CC with a 156.8" WB is 1728(Eco)/1718(5.0) with 18" wheels. If you add 900# (6 seat configuration) to it you get the max advertised Payload of ~2600 from Ford.

Let make sure that I clarify what I am saying and if I am understanding what the RV Towing Guide says is the # that is listed in the chart on page 10 is the amount you have to use. The passengers, equipment (for the HD payload configuration), and wet truck (ie. fuel, oil, etc) are already included. So the payload sticker should read something like 2600 to include passengers and cargo for the max 156.8" WB CC with 6 available seating. If I am misunderstanding this please someone correct me.
I also believe this is how they are going to do it from MY15 on because MY 16 guide says the same thing. Where the MY14 includes a 150# passenger at each available seat also but does not include any upgrades to the transmission or other options like MY 15 and above does. Again this if for the HD Payload configuration.

No, he doesn't have HD Payload pkg. No 2015 F-150s were produced with the HD Payload pkg.

He said: "...and max payload is 1,716 lb." He didn't say he has the HD Payload pkg.

So he has max tow pkg but not HD Payload pkg.

Stripper is subjective. Its a supercrew base xlt 2wd. Only extras added are HD payload remote start and tbc.

Here it sits with 1850# in the bed.
