That's not true at all. If you tell them you're towing an S2000, they'll let you rent the trailer. If you tell them you're towing a Land Cruiser, they tell you it won't work. Try their online system, it changes it's mind depending on the vehicle being towed.

Makes sense to me. All depends on the total weight. 5000 or less is ok, 5001 and up is not.
