See: https://www.fleet.ford.com/truckbbas...load_SB_v5.pdf and scroll down to page 4-9.

Moonroof 64 pounds
Running Boards 29 pounds
Spray-In Bedliner 16 pounds

But, you have to deduct payload for XM radio, power seat, brake controller, tinted windows, radio, upgraded wheels over the XL trim steel wheels, adjustable pedals....even two tone paint and window tint takes away some of your payload capacity.
Good info. Thanks.

I don't use the bed steps, so I think I'll remove them. Wish I could remove the moon roof.

Yep, +83 lb for big tank.

really good info here - I just picked up a 2020 Screw yesterday that shows 1861 available payload on the sticker. Assuming nobody is in the car, tanks are full, and there is no cargo (aka brand-brand new) Do I need to subtract anything? The only thing the dealer added was wheel well liners - no bed liner or other options. It does have running boards.

thanks!

Nope the truck shouldn't be any heavier than the 6750 - 1861 = 4889 lb. If you look at Ford specs on different Cab/Powertrain/Wheelbase combinations they appear to allow 1% for tolerance stack then round payload down to nearest 10lb.

Example:
2018 Screw 145 4x4 3.5EB
Published Base Curb Weight 4917 lb
GVWR 7000
Calculated Payload - 2083 lb
Tolerance Allowance - 49 lb
Estimated Payload - 2034 lb
Published Base Payload - 2030 lb

The point In making is in most cases your truck will be slightly lighter and have a slightly heavier real payload than the sticker says That should be enough to cover a few pounds in wheel well liners.

Disclaimer: The rounding seems to only occur with base payload amount (the options appear to be deducted from that base hence the 1861 lb Payload on your truck).
