Lol the price is because it's newly developed land like they are trying to make a mini subdivision in the country. There's some nice houses there already but since I hate subdivisions I bought 2 acres so I wouldn't have neighbors right close to me. You won't hardly be able to see my house from the road or from another house. There's a couple big trees on my property but a lot of small junk trees which are such s pain to clear. Cut about 6 cord of nice hardwood off it though.

Hauling my neighbors truck when his fuel pump went out. Trailer wasn't hardly big enough. I use the f350 to haul stuff the f150 is basically our car (trannys about shot so no hauling with it) and bronco is a 4x4 play toy.
