Toy Hauler Capacity

Update.
I logged 400 miles over the weekend with my set up and had no issues. Kept the speeds in 60-65 range and everything felt solid. There was a stretch of high winds so I had a bit of sway, but I just slowed it down to 55 and everything was fine.
I will be the first to admit that a SD would be better for the weight that I am pulling, but at no point did I feel like I was pushing it a creating a dangerous situation.

Not sure what you have loaded in the toy hauler but do you find that with toys (quad, rhino, etc) the weight comes off the tongue of the trailer quite a bit and shifts to the rear trailer axle?

I have it loaded with a 90cc quad, a 450 KTM and a RZR4 900. The quad is in front of the axels and the bike and RZR are above to behind it. I was running the airbags at 40psi and both the truck and trailer were running level. For this trip I left the rack in the bed of the truck and also loaded a 50cc quad.

What is the payload capacity of the truck and what is the tongue weight of the TT?

Your payload is lower than I expected with max tow. Mine is over 1800 lbs. It will be interesting to see what your GVW is ready to go. I know you don't want to hear it but I would guess you are right at GVWR with just a driver after all your add ons.

Nice setup. I could surely use a toyhauler like that for my weekend outings in the mountains.
Have you by chance checked your local laws on weight limits? I'm sure its different elsewhere, but here in Ohio - if your trailer is over 10,000 (loaded or unloaded) you have to have a CDL now. I don't know a while lot about it but a close friend who is a trucker was telling me that lawn jockeys and horse people have been getting slammed with big fines from DOT. Just thought I'd throw that out there!
