Towing specs and suggestions for 2018 3.5 Ecoboost and 5.0 V8 needed

This statement is false for the new F150s and it's time to stop repeating it.
I have a 2018 SCREW 157WB HDPP with the 3.73 gears and the 3.5EB and 10-speed. I have almost 10,000 miles on it and am averaging 18.0 MPG (on the computer) so far since I bought it. That's mostly country driving with some highway, some towing and some city as well. I'm often over 20+ MPG on tanks that don't include towing and have a few hour long trips to soccer games. So MPG doesn't "suck". And my truck sits at 5,700 empty with the topper and bed mats - so not a light weight by aluminum F150 standards.
Regarding being "way out of it's power band". This is absurd. It's an absolute rocket with these gears and responsive at any speed!
Like whatever gear you want, but don't let your bias get in the way of providing factual information.

If you had driven my 2014 with 3.5EB and 3.15 gears you would have not known it had very tall gears with how well it towed, and especially how quickly it moved to pass. My 16 with the 3.55 is a downright dog compared to that truck. At 60 MPH the engine was right at the beginning of its torque, so it had a lot more to give at a higher gear than the shorter gears do. Damn I miss that truck, too bad can't get 3.15 and Max Tow, as I would do it, BUT not having driven the 10 speed yet, I will hold my opinion on the 3.55 as it might be a totally different animal compared to what I have now.
As for MPG, when I had my dually it came with 4.10(4.11?) and when I blew the spiders out the rear, I went to a 3.73 gear, and I gained 2 MPG because the engine ran at 1800 RPM and not 2100 RPM at 65MPH. That is why I am asking where the 3.73 with 10 speed is at when doing 60 MPH.

Wow, I test drove '12 and '13, and '16 3.5L Ecoboost trucks configured like mine but with the 3.55 axles and the '16 was the only that wasn't unresponsive and it was really quick. Quite the shock as I was really disappointed in the performance of the earlier models.

the '16 3.5 EB is the same motor as the '12 and '13, with the same trans. Only difference is the '16 is an aluminum bed. Otherwise the power and trans are the same. It's the '17 and up that are different and with the 10sp...

I'll have a better comparison in a few weeks when I seriously start looking to replace the 16 and start driving the 10 speed. All I know is I wish my 16 drove as quick as the 14 was. It would set me back in the seat, while this one doesn't, even when tuned.

I have a 2018 hdpp 4x4 with the 3.5 and 3.73's and at 50 mph its turning around 1100 to 1200. My truck also shifts into 10th at 44mph. I will see what it is at 60 when I get a chance.

2015 and up the whole body is aluminum, which actually makes a decent amount of difference compared to the old steel bodies

Is it possible to order, what is effectively the 'Max Towing Package', but WITHOUT the 36 gallon fuel tank??
