I installed Timbrens on my 2014 SCREW recently, and removed them a couple of days later. Couldn't stand the way it rode empty. It kept bumping them during suspension travel while unloaded. Hated it so much that I took them off before even hooking a trailer to it. (Yes, I left the spacers out, for maximum clearance.) I'm really bummed about that because I'd been wanting them since I bought the truck new.

Your good to go as is. But if it bothers you or if you are having some extra bouncing going on when hitting larger bumps or bridges I would recommend these.

Nope, all factory suspension. Well unless you mean with the trailer on it, yeah the toungue weight makes it "leveled"
