Default Towing with Raptor tires

I am considering swapping pout my XLT 18 inch wheels for some Raptor wheels and tires as I will be enjoying SOME off road time this summer but I will ALSO be towing either an 18ft open trailer or if things come together possibly a 24ft enclosed trailer with my 03 Mustang. Any issues to be concerned about with the sidewall height on a set of factory Raptor wheels and tires?

I wouldn't think so. They are an 8 ply tire with a much better sidewall. The height combined with the deep tread may have a little bit of squirm but not near as bad as the SRAs. Your braking distance may be a little longer too.

The raptor wheels are 17s, and the Orem tire is 34-ish tall. Close enough to 35. Gonna be snug up front.

Plan to do a leveling kit if/when I find a deal on the wheels/tires...will that give me sufficient clearance?

My only suggestions are to find out what the raptor wheels are rated for psi wise and also look carefully at the weight rating on the tires you choose. That will affect the amount of weight you can have on the back end as most offroad tires are designed to flex more.
