BCMI150, I can scan and send you all contracts and the official Ford window sticker. Tire size, wheel size, and a few other things that are actually ON the vehicle are not listed. The contracts actually have no details at all other than the VIN, make, model, etc. Window sticker is the only thing that has any features at all listed on it. But, thank you for joining with the others that want to rub my nose in it. I tried my hardest and it blew up in my face and I needed you to remind me of that.

Sorry about the struggles you have been having. I purchased a vehicle thinking it had different options as well before. Luckily after a couple years I got out of it and into this one.

Here is part of my window sticker. Shows every little thing. I'm surprised yours did not.

This is half of the sticker that was on mine. Other half is fuel economy and pricing, etc. Nothing that pertains to this discussion and didn't want to take the time to figure out how to reduce on my scanner. I've never inserted an image/attachment on here before, so we'll see how it goes. Thought new truck had HD Payload Package!-screen-shot-2013-08-15-1.09.15-pm.jpg

Yeah, 7700 would have registered in my head had I known then that was not the GVWR that the vehicles with the HDPP have. I didn't even know what all the HDPP included, as is the case with many posts on this very forum. The number that was sticking out in my mind (and that Ford marketing dept plays to the hilt, without mention of RGAWR or Payload rating) was the 11,300 towing capacity that required both the Max Tow Pkg and the HD Payload Pkg. So, that is what I kept insisting it have and was reassured that it did.

So a friend of my husband's (another F150 enthusiast) just told him that they should be able to change out the axle, springs, shocks, wheels, tires, and trans cooler on our truck, to those included in the HDPP, and that Ford should be able to re-label (Safety label) it with the new ratings. Anyone know anything about this?

*Edit - salesman just told hubby that cannot be done - but I don't trust ANYONE at this point!

They would also have to get a new frame which is .015" thicker then the standard frame.

By the way, what level truck did you get? XL, xlt, fx4, lariat or other? What options did you get with your truck (rear sensor, backup camera, etc....)?

Cover Dog...it already has the .150 frame due to being Screw, or maybe because of the 6.5 bed?

Jeffinthebag...XLT, yes rear sensor, yes back up camera, Sync, chrome package, max tow power pkg, etc. Most features (but not all) are listed on the window sticker I provided earlier, but we added quite a bit too...turnover ball hitch, soft tonneau, box steps, bug deflector, window visors, window tint.
