I added aal on my last f150 and the ride quality went to crap. Think f350 on a bad brick road jittery. Eveniaded it was bad. Granted not quite as bad as empty but bad.

If there are SuperSprings for your model, they are very easy to install and have two settings. I use them on my F150 to tow a fifth wheel and it was an install and forget about it item. I am very pleased. Unload ride is only slightly more firm and they raised the rear about 3/4" on the light setting.

With the SuperSprings on the lightest setting, my F150 rides level with 1650 lbs of pin weight.
