On an 08 with factory subwoofer, under the rear passenger side seat. The sub is under the driver side rear seat.

I think mine are behind the passenger side rear seat with the jack.

L I B! I didn't know the right rear seat folded forward! I took a look under the seat, didn't see them, then as I was looking around noticed the pull loop on the side of the seat back and gave it a tug. Welp, there they are!

the driver's side folds down too.

I have my amp and sub behind the driver's side. And my tools behind the passenger side. The power inverter is under the passenger seat. (at least on my truck)
