I have the smaller tank, and 300A is probably another fifty pounds or so.

That was the idea. It cost less than a gas 250, better MPG, has *most* of the benefit of a SD with all the benefit of a 150. Plus, it has all the creature comforts I want and none of the extra crap that will probably break in 5 years!

I am very satisfied so far. Lots of subtle changes between this 18 and my lemon law-ed 16 XLT. Plus, total out of pocket cost was $2000 OTD with the Reacquired Vehicle process. My credit simply rolled my existing loan balance into the new one... kept my 1.5% interest rate!

Here’s to hoping the door handles work this winter

I bought my 2017 SCrew (5.0, 3.31) with plans to buy a small camper, and wanted to have a decent tow vehicle for it. Of course, I didn't do all of my research ahead of the purchase, and didn't optimize my choice for towability (3.31 rear is not ideal; lowers the towing capacity to something like 9,100 lbs). I lucked out, however, with the payload; I didn't realized I had the 7,000 GVWR package, so my payload is actually pretty good:

The SCAB 164 inch wheelbase hdpp is as good as it gets for towing with a F150.

Will find out how it handles my Sundance 245 5th once I get past the break in. Hooked up it only squats 1 1/2" with the 1135+ pin weight so it should tow nice.
