I started out small with a larger 12' box pop up, went to another 12' box pop up, then to a 23' travel trailer, and now a 29' travel trailer.

I love my current trailer the best out of all but it's so big, it can't fit into the sites I love. So I have tents now to use in the cooler months since us Northern guys don't handle heat that well. 80 is all I can take anymore and love weather in the 60s and mid 50s.

this comment cracks me up. My stepdad is pure dutch, and growing up in a dutch house hold has taught me to be cheap by association lol.. however him and my mom camp a boat load, and use those chalks, on each side, religiously. Well worth the money. They were used on a 27' Dutchman for nearly 16 years, and now on a new 37' 5th wheel

Laid up, broke my ankle on my most recent camping trip. It's real fun, packing up, tearing down, and hitching on a broken ankle.
