Decided to shop around and found a dealer that would program mine for $85. Other dealers wanted $125 to $135 to program the controller.

Ok, so the lights were activated after I had it programmed. Charged me $130. Shopped around and that was actually the least expensive. Ranged from $130-150.

To clarify, FORScan is free. You need an adapter to work with it that does cost money. I would never pay a dealer anything like what people have been paying to flip a switch.

Absolutely correct...I should have clarified.

I bought a wired USB adapter for $16 there are wireless (BT and Wifi) also but I think they are a few more dollars.

And it can do a lot more than just activate the ITBC.

Going to get one of those mainly to turn off that damned fake engine noise. The rest are just goodies. EDIT, I found it on Amazon, the link in the post goes to Ebay and my Ebay account is hosed and I am in no mood to create a new one and start all over. Same price too with free shipping.

I finally figured out why I never noticed the + & - light up, the angle they are at in relation to my seat and that goofy trailer backup **** hides them. I leaned over to the right a bit and there they were! LOL
