I have a leather tri fold. It has an aluminum frame and the leather is permanently mounted to the frame, so it just folds up. I can take it off in probably 30 seconds and couldn’t weigh more than 30lb

Looks like the guy needs to put less stuff in the truck AND get a smaller trailer. He is pushing all the Ford limits for GVW and CGVW.
At least now he knows his situation.

I can only put so much stuff in the trailer. At least im not over the GCVW. Nope I'm not going to deny that I am over. There are a lot of people out there that dont have a clue on what GVW and GCVW is and figure "f" it it's a truck. It's made to be used and worked. There are people that are 1000-1300 over the GVW with stock tires still running at 35psi factory recommended pressure. I'm only 610 over with everything including the trailer. Am I proud of it? No!! All i can try to do is maybe sell my hard cover and try to buy the lightest tri fold cover. I also have a rubber bedmat that I'll try to get rid of. That's about 50-60lbs right there. I do carry firewood also since I only have a few pieces left. I'll probably start buying it as I go at the campground. I dont want nor can afford to get rid of my truck. Especially since its paid off. If we were traveling a lot in and out of state, it's a different story and its justifiable to buy a bigger truck. Besides it's not my daily driver anyways.

The chart I use says the GCWR for a 3.73 axle ratio is 11700 and you are at 15620? 3920 over load. Are you using a different chart?

Thats the tow rating, not GCWR.
